Talley's Lightweight Scope Mount features a unique, one-piece construction extruded from 7000 series alloy and precision CNC-machined to its final design. It has no joint between the scope and the rifle which ultimately provides more strength and durability than most steel rings and bases, but with a lighter overall weight.
This model is compatible with Weatherby Vanguard rifles and has 1" rings with a medium mount height and a matte black finish.

These rings have been super solid mounted atop a Weatherby Vanguard Series 2 Deluxe in .308. The rifle has made the trip to Africa and back twice and has held rock solid through it all. The best kind of rings are those you mount and forget, and these Talley rings and bases have definitely done the job well. Have zero intentions of ever replacing them and would absolutely recommend.

I bought this item, Talley Scope Mounts, for a Weatherby Vanguard II in 30-06. The mounts fit the Weatherby action perfectly and the screw holes lined up as well. The installation went very easy with no alignment issues.

If Talley makes light aluminum rings specifically for your rifle, buy them. There is nothing better made or lighter. No bore sighting adjustments would be necessary. Just go to the range and use the scope's adjustments.

quality rings! fits nice on my weatherby vanguard s2 with a 4.5x12x42 burris. mediums are little short for advertised objective lens but will fit a 42mm with adj obj lens with only about 3/16" to spare but will work. first time using these 1 pieces and will never go back to multi-piece bases. K.I.S.S. less pieces less chance to fail!!!
