This scope is SFP, the reticle will stay the same size regardless of your magnification level.

This is a second focal plane scope. You don't start seeing first focal plane scopes until you get to around 200 dollars or more. A scope brand called monstrum makes some good first focal plane scopes for around 150+. Hope this helps.
