Well made firearm, both fit / finish and in function. The sharp-tail possesses the look, handling, and features of a much more expensive SXS. Hats off to CZ, they knocked this one out of the field. Very pleased with this purchase.

The gun itself is beautiful. The issue was there was a small piece of metal in the choke treads that damaged the treads at the manufacturer. This is my 3rd CZ shotgun. I bought 2 Hammer Classics. Even though CZ-USA made it right all three had to be sent in for warranty repair out of the box. Which takes 4-6 weeks to get it back.

Beautiful shotgun. Only got the chance to take it out once so far, but it shoots great. Fit and finish are great, a little stiff out of the box but that’s expected.

Received my new CZ-USA SHARP-TAIL 12-gauge last week and spent an afternoon knocking down some pheasants. The quality is top notch with both fit and function. The gun shouldered for me perfectly and is a lot of fun to shoot. Also, the nostalgic finish is eye catching.

i received my cz sharptail about 2 weeks ago and just got the chance to go to the range for my first shooting of it. wow what a joy to shoot, patterned at about 25 yards with both barrels hitting point of aim. the trigger is what i expected and the balance is better than i expected. i was hopeful for a strong pattern on the receiver with the colorcase hardening and the engraving, and i was blown away. it is a beutiful job, the color is dark and very patterened, and the engraving adds a really nice detail that is really a nice addition to such an affordable side by side. it swings naturally and has a nice tight fit at the receiver and barrels. it comes with 5 chokes, a choke tool, and a hard case. also the barrels and receiver are in a blue velvet sleeve that protects then nicely. recoil is very managable and follow up shots are quick. it has a white bead front sight sitting on top the raised rib that shows up very well against the black finish on the barrels. is it a custom built purdy...no...but it is a beautiful side by side that is a great shooter at an afordable price. my kids will be proud to get this one passed down to then when im done, but for now...dads side by side is a cz. thanks to buds, as always, for their great service and pricing. you cant go wrong with buds gun shop for selection and pricing.
