A soft load for sure. Not very accurate at first but got better as I ran more of them through my pistol. These were one of the first ammos I shot in it and I decided to shoot the box up to break in the gun. They did become accurate towards the end of the box so I do believe they might have been a good break in round. They are the most budget friendly round I found and that had a lot to do with my decision to buy them. They are okay for target practice but it's kind of like using 38 specials for target practice when you intend to shoot 357 magnums.
