ZAS M91 7.62X54R 10RD 4X24 POSP - 24" Barrel, 10 Rounds

I bought the PSL and saw this as another 'must have'. PSL is nice but this M91 is a bit more accurate in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

ZASTAVA M-91 an Awesome rifle. This review is not yet about how it shoots, but how the ZASTAVA Arms USA customer service people treat their customers. Real excited when it arrived. Got it home and looked everything over and could not find all the parts mentioned in the scope bag.
The POSP 4X24 RIFLE SCOPE was Included but I could not find some of the parts mentioned. Just the book in a plastic bag with the scope. THAT IS WHERE MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT STARTED AND ENDED. So I contacted ZASTAVA Arms USA via their recommended path
( support / customer support... on their web-page). Explained I seemed to be missing some parts from the scope...small stuff batteries, brush, key and cloth. The very next morning received an e-mail about how and what they would do to follow up. Waited a few days..it does come from Serbia...and sent another CS request to ask about progress. Same day get an e-mail from Ben in customer service asking for a daytime phone # where I could be reached.
In no time at all he calls and assures me they are working on everything. ( And I know he was not kidding cus he stayed in contact that day till everything was totally cleared up.) They did not have everything I needed at the moment but would get it... then they called Serbia and spoke to the factory ( it was morning eastern time here, heaven knows what the heck time it was in Serbia)..and found out that they changed the bag that the scope comes in, to having an interior zippered pocket..which is hard to see right away and would also keep any parts/tools from scratching the scope.. So Ben asks me to look again for this other place. Sure enough, what I did not see, held all the parts that I thought were missing.
Then it gets even better. I mentioned that the two magazines that I got with the rifle had some rough areas on some spots and sent him pictures. He said it could be old grease and hit it with some solvent. The other mags I bought from them directly after the rifle purchase, were perfect. So I cleaned them and sent pictures along with that, they looked like imperfections in the finish. His answer was not to worry.. I will send you two new ones today ( on their way within 10 mins of his statement with tracking #s..these people do NOT mess around).
Simply put it would be nice if everyone had the attitude and response that this company has. I unequivocally recommend this company!!!!
Great product with a company that does not stop till things are perfect.
