I was looking for a bolt action .22 to run subsonic ammo suppressed. With subsonic ammo I didn't want a barrel that was too long. This seemed to fit the bill. A light weight, moderate length, threaded barrel, bolt action .22LR. What surprised me is how light this setup is with the carbon fiber wrapped barrel. I haven't really put it through its paces to draw too many conclusions. The accuracy seems good enough for my purposes. The trigger is super crisp and definitely won't be changing that out. I liked that this takes Ruger 10/22 magazines since those are abundant and affordable. The 10 round rotary magazines are kind of pain to get locked into place. The mag well seems incredibly tight and you have to really push on the mag to get it to lock in place. That's probably my only real con on this rifle. Maybe I'll try a stick magazine instead of the rotary mag that came with it to see if that improves that situation.

I just broke in the barrel. Can say enough of this riffle. Overall a great made riffle from CA. furniture Is awesome. Putting 3 shots on the same hole out of 5 shot groups, it’s a great scenery at 50yrds. And this is without match ammo. Looking forward to use some Lapua and Eley to see the verdict, and also taking it out to 100-200 Yrds.
