Not much you can say. It fit well and was a perfect forward assit block.

Works as advertised. Great for the few times a round needs that extra help.

Nice addition to the cmmg .22lr conversion. They should have included the part in the original pacageing. Nice to have either way

I got a CMMG .22 conversion from Bud's and it works perfectly so far, but I thought it would be nice to have the forward assist too. A friend had the CMMG "Echo" kit that includes the forward assist and a charge handle. The assist is "ok", made from some sort of plastic that appears pretty heavy duty - looks like glass filled stuff they make those covert "letter openers" out of. The alternative to using the forward assist add-on is to pull the charging handle back just a little bit, so it also pulls the bolt of the conversion assembly back, then letting it fly forward, and maybe the round will fully chamber. Maybe. I've not had a problem with rounds going into the chamber but... .22's are really dirty for the most part, and lots of shooting could gum things a bit, so its nice to have the forward assist. They do stick a little roll pin in the unit, so the bolt doesn't smack metal on plastic when it pushes the forward assist back forward after each firing cycle. A nice touch to help wear. All in all, a nice little add-on, but maybe a little pricey for what it is.
