It’s a kydex holster. Think of hard plastic. These are Texan made.

The material is Kydex, a hard thermoplastic. Unfortunately I've been unable to find any information on where it is manufactured.

Very well made, appears to have a carbon fiber finish. BUT it doesn’t fit my Italian made 92 9mm well. There is a quarter inch of play where the pistol moves, creating wear as well as a clicking sound. Tightening down doesn’t help. Will be returning.
