SCHRADE PUSH DAGGER

Having owned a number of more expensive push daggers I thought I would give this one a try. It comes in an excellent multi positional sheath and the grip is benchmark with any other brand out there. It handles well, is razor sharp, lightweight and durable. If you're considering one of the pricier options but are on a budget, rest assured this thing will fit the bill.

This lil push dagger is a great piece for the price. I have it in an inconspicuous place in my rig and it has added a bit of security with little investment. Can't go wrong-

The handle is very comfortable. It’s very light weight. Only complain are the sheath does not fit well. The knife rattles and does not lock securely. I made some adjustments with a heat gun to make a better fit. The blade was not sharp. For the money, I was not disappointed. I really like the knife overall.

I purchased three of these because I have a habit of giving things to friends and family. As for the blade itself, it is a good size. But I have to say that it is best held with a 3/1 finger grip with the grip between the first two knuckles. This allows for quick removal and more directional movement than if it were held with a 2/2 grip between the second and third knuckles. Having said that, the two protrusions on the back of the blade may contact the fingers if you have large hands; but they are part of the locking system when the knife is in the sheath. The sheath is well constructed; and the clip can be rotated for either vertical or horizontal carry. However, because having the knife exposed makes me uncomfortable, I chose to remove the clip entirely and carry the knife in my back pocket where it fits comfortably. I think this is a nice carry knife that will fit pocket or purse nicely. Ladies take note. It is also nice not having to unsnap a retainer to withdraw the blade; and having a plastic sheath insures you won't accidently stick yourself.

super sharp and pointy, nice low profile sheath, grip could b just a hair bigger but stil a great fit and did i mention super pointy : )
