  The ATI Omni lower receiver is polymer with a metal liner for strength, especially where the castle nut secures the buffer tube to the lower itself. These are excellent firearms at a very reasonable price and has had no issues whatsoever. Have a great day, David!

• Q: I figure the magazine isnt, but is this compliant with Maryland with a 10 round magazine? If so will Bud's sell it without the magazine?
