Well built lightweight receiver. I’m using this in a lightweight build that I didn’t want to use a polymer lower for.

Was unable to use this product. Too many phyical issues. Base metal suspect.

Would not recommend. Several pin holes appear out of spec and the needed proprietary trigger and hammer pins were not included making the lower unusable. Lower will fire on trigger pull & release with regular pins due to alignment issues.

Great price, great finish, very light weight. Worked well with my lpk. I had been buying Andersons and just decided to try something different. Im not disappointed. I'd recommend this. I will probably buy a couple more myself.

I was interested in making a lightweight AR buid, and II just bought and assembled this lower. Here's the good and bad of it. Good: 1) It is light, only 175g. 2) It seems to be functional as a lower Bad: 1) The finish is terrible. In fact, it isn't really a finish at all - it really seems to just be black spray paint. It scratches off easily. 2) The machining isn't very good. This is made worse by the fact that when they spray painted the part, they didn't keep it out of any of the openings. I ended up having to get out my drill bit set and gently hand ream most of the holes. All that said, I got it together and it worked fine once I got done working it over with the drill bits. I wouldn't be surprised though that if you used some decent cleaning product it'd pull the finish right off. If you really wanted to shave a few ounces off your lower weight, you could probably strip it very easily and put a decent finish on it. Buds was top notch as always, can't badmouth them - especially considering this was on clearance.
