  Audie, no, the M12AK takes saiga pattern Magazines but the JTS M12AK won't accept drum Magazines because the magwell is to long to accept one. Here's a link to a 10 round magazine that will fit, unfortunately a 10 round magazine is the biggest magazine that will fit.   David, yes the tokarev tbp12 takes AR12 magazines or mka 1919 magazines/drums. So this will fit just fine. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.
