Plus" version of the popular Pack Rack has soft rubber fins and extra rubber in the bottom to hold different diameter items securely. Alternation long and short rubber fins cushion objects being carried but don't bind up, making items easier to remove. Aluminum blocks attach to handle bars or ATV cargo rack rails. Blocks can be turned around for use on square rails. Twist the fork and lock the wing nut for tighter fit. Rubber snubbers included for use in rough terrain.
