I haven't had an opportunity to review this scope under field conditions but from the bench the image was clear. I like the thinner cross hair that this scope provides but it may be an issue in low light conditions without illumination. The click stops were solid and easy to adjust without additional tools. I was strongly tempted to swap it out for my other scope on my Ruger but I purchased it as part of a gift for my son-in-law that included a single shot rifle.
