The 8.6mm Blackout cartridge is built on the 6.5 Creedmoor case necked up to shoot a 338 caliber projectile. Works great from any 308 Winchester platform with a quick barrel change. Capable of delivering a 160-225gr bullet at supersonic speeds or a 285-350gr bullet subsonic.

Each 8.6 Blackout case produced by Alpha Munitions also incorporates the company's OCD with optimized case head technology, which is designed to lengthen primer pocket life, as well as the life of the case overall, even at higher than normal pressures and velocities.

Each case is packed individually in a plastic flip top case with foam to product the brass during shipping and once loaded.
