It is simply the rounding/smoothing of all sharp corners/edges on the pistol for a non snag profile.

Is this a custom? If so, does is have custom written on the other side? Also, does it have the rounded edges like CDP custom? When they come out with this gun?

Not custom - The Micro Carry Diamond features fine engraving with delicate scroll accents and Special Edition markings. It does have the "Carry Melt treatment" read: rounded edges.

Very pretty little gun. It’s so nice I don’t like shooting it lol to me this is more of a collector type or “rare” gun. I had planned to carry it bc it’s light and small but 6 bullets is not enough for me. It’s pretty expensive but I bought this gun four years ago for right under $879 and it’s more than that now. Shoots well, would recommend getting the clip that carries an extra round bc you get the slightly extended grip too.
