  Hi Tanya, unfortunately this is not WA legal.
  Prohibited -
  A - shroud that encircles either all or part of the barrel designed to shield the bearer's hand
  from heat, except a solid forearm of a stock that covers only the bottom of the barrel; or
  D - The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location
  outside of the pistol gri.
  Both of these features disqualify this gun.

  Prohibited -
  4. capacity to accept an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside
  of the pistol grip;
  6. a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and
  that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without
  being burned;
  7. A manufactured weight of fifty ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded;
  .
  All of these features disqualify this gun.

It is not on the CA DOJ Handgun Roster : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151009 --------------------- It does not meet CA guidelines for Handguns as detailed here under Handguns : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
