• Q: Is this gun optic ready. Say if I wanted to put a multi redicle red dot or a short distance scope or some like that. Also, what's a good distance to say the power is capable of dropping sometime a deer or a hog. Also, does it take any standard 9mm ammo or is it a specific 9mm long cartridge.

  Yeah, you most certainly can add a Red Dot Optic of your choosing.
  Now, as far as using 9mm for hunting, that's not going to be something you'd really want to do. There are much better choices for hunting Deer (308, 30-06) Hog (.223, 5.56, 300BLk)

• Q: Will the Kel-Tec Sub-2000 accept a Sig P320 magazine?

  Hi Roy, yes sir, this Kel Tec Sub-2000 is configured to accept Multiple Magazines, with the included magazine catch kit, like those from Sig, and Smith & Wesson. A Sig P320 magazine catch would need to be purchased separately on the Kel-Tec web site.

• Q: Does it have a threaded barrel, if so, what size?

  Hi Ron and welcome. Yes, it does come with a threaded barrel. The nine millimeter is 1/2"-28 and the 40 caliber version of the SUB2000 is 9/16"-24. Cheers and stay safe!
