the gun I reviewed is not what I ordered

Purchased two of'em & picked them up today; Short Bore 380s. I inspected both guns at the store and everything appeared to be in order (one has a slightly heavier trigger pull than the other). The safety lock is simply another liberal "save the world" fairytale device! Anyway, I loaded the first gun and everything went smoothly; no problems. The second derringer's barrels, when loaded, won't close with any amount of safety lock or any other kind of adjustment.
