The XT-22 Series is Marlin's latest bolt action rimfire rifles. The XT-22VR is perfect for target practice and small game, these bolt action 22s are reliable, accurate and fun to shoot. Featuring a 7 shot magazine, blued heavy varmint barrel, thumb safety, Pro-Fire adjustable trigger, rear and front scope bases, and they are drilled and tapped for scope. The stock is black synthetic with swivel studs, and full pistol grip.

Excellent transaction. Bud's staff completed my purchase in a matter of days. Rifle, Marlin XT-22VR, was purchased as a build for a long range rimfire. On receipt, i was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this low cost firearm. Scoped it, sighted in, and proceeded to assess the accuracy of this gun out of the box. With CCI Mini-mags, 1 inch, or less, groups at 50 yards were common. Completely satisfied with the transaction, and the product. I highly recommend Bud's.

Very good quality rifle, it has a true floating bull barrel . Now this rifle comes without iron sights , must use scope. I have a center point 6x26-50 on my rifle and a bipod system . I have my rifle shooting 2.5" groups at 150yards using Remington thunderbolts. This rifle is very accurate. Action is stiff at first till you cycle the bolt through a couple magazines then it loosens up. Also don't know it's suppose to or not the magazine will hold and feed 22 shorts. Definitely will be buying another one with a wood stock . Great rifle for beginners or veteran shooters.

Great rifle, arrived within a week, I thought it would be heavier but it doesn't feel that heavy, so far Ive only fired about a hundred rounds and its been great!!
