Savage has produced the Model 11 Lady Hunter with the outdoorswomen in mind. Chambered in .308 Winchester this rifle has an American Walnut stock with ladies specific geometry, 20" barrel, and detachable box magazine. This results in a rifle that is now more comfortable to shoulder and shoot.
The Savage Lady Hunter series of rifles is specifically designed with the female shooter in mind. It features a shorter length of pull, a higher comb, a closer/slimmer pistol grip, slimmer forend, and a reduced front end weight.
