I haven't shot any of this yet.I plan to use this as my home defense Ammo in my Beretta 92FS Brigadier. Tests that I've watched seem to show this as a good performer. I will shoot some at the range prior to trusting it for defense. Buds selection and prices of ammo is great. I plan to stock up.

New Jersey doesn't allow hollow points in carry weapons, so these are the answer. I've gone through a box of them to see how well I shoot with them. If I ever need to use them, I'm confident in how they will group and react. Don't hesitate to buy and use these!!!

Never had a failure to feed, fire or eject with Critical Duty 9mm. This is my preferred home defense ammo because it is reliable, and by design should penetrate multiple layers of nylon fabric without becoming snarled in that fabric.

Hornady Critical Defense/Critical Duty is the best self defense ammo out there. A little expensive, but is it worth it? Answer that by asking yourself if you’re worth it.

Critical Duty is favored by many LEO agencies and the FBI due its reliability and performance. It retains good expansion performance and penetration after passing through a number of different materials, including auto glass. I have never experienced any failures at the range practicing with this ammo in either of my two semi-automatic pistols.
