    the barreled action is made in Japan by Howa stocks and other features are installed in Sheridan, Wyoming. so they are assembled in Wyoming using Howa barreled actions " Although the barreled action is still manufactured in Japan, these new features are all applied at our new facility in Sheridan, Wyoming.
