Bud's may want to review their specifications for this product since it uses (2) AG5 batteries and NOT AG3 batteries as is currently stated.

At first I was super excited to get my new ar bore sight! It came fast and was packaged nicely. I have 3 different AR 5.56 rifles I’m retired infantry so bore sighting is all too familiar, and easy, but this bore sight laser absolutely eats batteries. I finished only 2 of my 3 rifles before I had to change the batteries, and after the first battery change the life span of batteries seems to shorten with each battery change. I had to get a bore sight laser lemon because I have owned several different brands of the bore lasers and this is the first one that has been defective!

these are a great way to sight in your gun they work as advertised and they are easy to use. I only wish they had a switch or a twist mechanism that you could use to turn them on and off as it is you got a screw the bottom of it let the batteries fall out or they’ll just die end up losing the piece that screws into it the batteries and sometimes the whole thing so I’m giving it a four-star and that’s because it don’t have a switch for a way to turn it off other than taking it apart which is ridiculous
