The rifle was fairly accurate but had lots of issues with the bolt. This was my one and only attempt at this manufacturer. Based on the cost and all the hype I was very disappointed!!!

I ordered and got this Bergara within 3 working days (this part sometimes takes longer so kudos). It took about 15 days to get it through FFL and for me to get a scope mounted. Then I got out to the 100 yd. range with it. Before this I had only shot about 10 rounds in another long range gun (I did read up on how to shoot a long range gun though). So, first 10 rounds were to get it close to the bullseye. The next five rounds were getting it centered on the bullseye. And the last five rounds were all within 1 MOA, three of them were 1/2 MOA. I am happy with this gun and with Bud's service/sales.

Extremely pleased with the rifle. The components are excellent. The only complaint is the lack of documentation included with the rifle. I had to reach out to Trigger Tech and Mega Arms and Killer Innovations for info on the trigger and chassis. You will need an inch pounds torque wrench to remove and replace the chassis. The receiver on my rifle is drilled for a Remington 700 scope base, apparently some of the older rifles are not (lack of documentation). I would not hesitate to purchase another Bergara rifle, the lack of documentation was just a bit of an annoyance, not a real problem. Bud's had the best price and very fast shipping.

Purchased on a Tuesday - at the FFL that Friday! Great Job Buds Guns!! Exceptional Service! The fit and finish on this rifle was perfect. The enclosed test "3 shot card" was .06 MOA. Have shot approx. 400 rounds through this rifle. Extremely smooth action, exceptionally crisp trigger break. Very tight groups even for someone at my level. The only limitation on this gun is me.

Very nice fit and finish to this rifle. It came with a target that verified the sub MOA ability (.404") of the firearm. I checked the assembly with a Wheeler torque wrench and didn't find anything out of spec. I've shot 40 rounds of Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor commercial ammo through it to this point and have not had any issues with accuracy, operation of the bolt or feeding of the rounds from the Magpul magazine that was provided. Very happy with the adjustable stock as it was easy to fit it to my cheek and length of pull and it stayed in place once adjusted. I would recommend the purchase of this firearm to others. This is an awesome rifle. It is really accurate now (.5 moa or better) that I have the load dialed in, but this took a while. The bolt took a little time to loosen up, but it was worth it.

Bergara Rifle: Okay there are a few things that I need to state first. The 6.5 creedmoor is a 24" barrel not at 22". I contacted Bergara and reviewed their website. I was told none of their 6.5 Creedmoors are 22" barrel. This typo almost made me not purchase this gun. As for the gun, only things you will notice is it has been fired and a scope was mounted to the firearm. Fit, finish, style, and overall quality is excellent. I was not disappointed with his gun in any way. I checked everything from the bolt, rail mount, barrel alignment, stock and forearm alignment. The elite chassis itself is a perfect fit. The Magpul stock is exactly like the one I own, there is a small amount of play in the buttpat, does not bother me seats well and does not move at all when shooting. The included soft bag is very nice, not cheap at all. I mounted a Nightforce on this gun and shot .8 MOA at 100 yards. I am half way through the break in of the barrel and plan to finish that this weekend. Please note I have not used the ammo stated on my MOA test card from the factory. I purchased that ammo this week and plan to test my luck with that ammo. The card in my bag was .4 MOA at 100 yards. If you buy this gun you will not regret your purchase. Also, the gun comes with a mag safety lug. Not sure that is the correct term for it but when the gun is shooting over the edge of something you can push it all the way to the mag and the lug stops you from bumping the mag causing it to misalign. Nice added littl feature. Overall this gun is amazing I will be purchasing a .308 in the future. Buds: I received the gun in a timely manner and no issues. The price did drop shortly after purchase but the Nortons price guarantee was easy to fill out had my check in a week. Buds has always been my number one place to purchase firearms.

This is a exceptionally well made rifle. You can feel the quality. It came with a test target .6 moa 3 shots. I have shot 30 rounds through it and it has held 4 shots to 3/8 inch and 5 shots 7/8 inch consistently. I am happy with bergara and will purchase another in the future.
