Great buy, I had a hard polymer grip on my 500 at first and it was bashing my hand, but the hogue tamer is a must have if you want to shoot your SG in pistol grip form, makes shoot way more comfortable.

HUGE improvement over the factory pistol grip on my Maverick 88 Cruiser. Still stiff with buckshot and slug loads, but you knew that already. I shudder to think how bad it would be with that hard factory one! This is a DEFINITE must have upgrade for me!

I ordered it for a Maverick 88 to get a new look along with the 18'' barrel. Looks great, feels good in my hand. Haven't made it to the range to play with it yet, but I am looking forward to it. Thanks, Buds!

For the price... Unbeatable quality, perfect fit, high quality textured grip, and MUCH better than the stock grip that comes with the Mossberg 500 combo. Comfortable fit for my larger sized hands. And it even reduces a lot of recoil pressure on the hand when firing. Definitely recommend purchasing this!
