Big fan of the SX3! This is my primary duck gun and it points well and has never failed to fire and cycle. I have even used this 3.5" shotgun to shoot doves with 1 1/8 oz loads!

Gun shipped in only 2 days and was exactly what I was wanting.

I was looking for a "reasonably" priced semi auto shotgun to use for both jump shooting and hunting waterfowl from a blind. Finally found an SX3 here with bugs and decided to give it a go after reading reviews on how Winchester has been manufacturing some very good fire arms. I have only ran about two boxes of shells through the shotgun but so far it has functioned flawlessly. The SX3 comes to my shoulder and aims as if it is an extension of my body. The weight is low enough to pack around yet not so light as to make shooting 3" goose loads painful. I have had "ZERO" malfunctions so far. There are a couple of things that hopefully will iron themselves out with more use; when manually working the action to empty unfited shells the bolt will stick to the rear (even with shells remaining in the magazine) but a slight pull of the bolt to the rear and release and the bolt goes forward and the trigger is a little heavy, but not too bad. I am confident that with more use and the smoothing of action and trigger it will only get better. I've shot it in below zero weather, heavy snows and busting through brush and I haven't had a single malfunction. I would highly recommend this shotgun. Working with Buds was flawless and painless. It took about 8-10 working days to finally receive the firearm but that was expected. I'll be signing up for Team Buds here soon to get even more options from Buds. Overall I've been very impressed with all the firearms I've purchased from Buds and doing business with Buds.

I bought this shotgun a year ago and used it for duck and goose this last season. I have to say out of all the waterfowl shotguns i've used this is by far the best not only for waterfowl but anything that has wings. We hunt in some of the harshest conditions that guns will see and this thing passed everyone of those conditions with flying colors. I ran every load from light 2 3/4" to 3 1/2" mags steel and lead, hevi-shot, turkey loads everything you can think of and this gun ate them all spit them out and asked for more. As far as cleaning goes this shotgun is one of the easiest guns to clean period. If your looking for a super reliable waterfowl gun or really an all around hunting shotgun check this gun out I think you will be very surprised and happy to find this gem.
