Love my new Diamondback AR 15 with the Nickel/Boron finish! Exactly what I was looking for. Awesome product. Very nice firearm for the price.

Very nice ar the only problem is the barrel out the box 100 yards it was shooting 8 1/2 inch groups with regular ammo and with match kings 5 1/2 inches the same ammo was shooting an 1/2 inch with a different gun and same shooter. After sending it to the manufacturer and waiting almost 6 months the new barrel looks very similar in the inside ( rough with tooling marks) I have not shot it yet but for a $900 gun I bought only because of the nickel boron I wish I would have bought a pof, wmd or rguns. The pof was my first choice but wanted to spen the difference in price on an optic I will replace my barrel with a match grade one and keep it but would never recommend this product.

I bought this DB15NIB a couple of months ago from Buds. What a great AR for the money! The shipping went as planned and once I got some Magpul sights and a red dot system for it was ready for the range. The nickel boron coating is fantastic! The upper and lower look great and the bolt carrier group is also coated too, it looks like chrome! This AR is super easy to clean and maintain. So far the accuracy has been good. I have been running some Federal American Eagle Ammunition 5.56x45mm NATO 55 Grain XM193 Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail rounds to break in the gun. I also equipped it with a Miculek muzzle break. Yes it is louder than the A2 muzzle break that comes with the gun, but it really cuts down on rise and recoil. I have been told that this AR likes 69 grain ammo, and that it also does well with green tip 65 grain rounds as well. You cannot go wrong with a Diamondback AR. The price is right and the quality is right up there with the other mid range AR's out on the market today.
