I purchased this gun and (as always) I am thoroughly pleased with the service that is provided. However, I did notice that this gun came with a two-piece base, 1" rings, and a 3-9 scope on it. I'm not complaining about getting freebies, however the scope is so incredibly blurry I can barely make out objects on 3x at long distances. It will be replaced immediately, but no big deal to me. One other thing that I did notice is that this gun did not come with an externally adjustable X-mark trigger as advertised. Please don't see that as a negative to the rifle, the trigger is exactly the same that I have on some of my other Remington rifles and it is a very clean and crisp trigger that works flawlessly. I plan to be putting hundreds of rounds down range with it. I will be making this rifle into a bench rest gun, and the adjustment would have been handy. I am gauging the pull at about 3.5#, which is very nice with a crisp break for a factory trigger. I am very pleased with my gun so far and I know I will enjoy it more once I start shooting it. I will be giving a 4-star for the sole purpose of the trigger I received was not what was advertised. Excellent price for the product received.
