  Yes that's good to go in Cook County.
  But not permitted in some parts of IL like Aurora because of the threaded barrel.

• Q: I live in a state with a 15 round magazine limit. If I buy the 10rd M9A3, will the 92FS 15rd mags fit properly?

  Hi Peter, Yes, the magazines are the same size. The 10 round is just blocked internally to only hold 10 rounds.
