This is my first 7mm Rem Mag and this gun is a tackdriver. I\\\'m extremely impressed with the fit and finish of this rifle. Savage nailed it with this one. The rifle comes with extra cheek risers and spacers to adjust the length of pull. I took it to the range after I topped it with my Athlon Helos scope and a 20 MOA rail. It took me 6 shots to get it dialed in at 100 yards. \r\n I then allowed the barrel to cool and the next 3 shots were essentially in the same hole. This gun sets the bar for accuracy. Thanks Buds for the quick shipping and great customer service. I will definitely be looking at more of these rifles in other calibers.

This gun consistently has light primer strikes or the firing pin does not strike the primer at all resulting in the gun not going off.

I was a little hesitant buying form an online dealer but this is the only place that had the gun in stock at the time. so I went for it. I was very happy with the shipping as it delivered on time. Once I got the gun I quickly went to work installing my rail and scope and setting the LOP. It was all very easy and straight forward. Once I got behind the gun it just felt right. It fit perfect and once I shot was happily surprised. I owned a 7mm before and kicked like a mule. So having the muzzle break do its job was a whole new feeling. It felt like shooting a .243. Once I got it close to zeroed at 10 yards a shot for grouping and all 3 shots where in a dime. The 110 is a awesome gun but paying the little more for the extras make a huge difference. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am excited to get in the field for a late season elk tag.

I%u2019ve bought numerous firearms from buds gunshop, this was the first time I%u2019ve had an issue. Upon arrival the box that the rifle was in was damaged to the fact that the muzzle break on the barrel was exposed and scuffed up a bit. I%u2019m not sure what happened but there really wasn%u2019t much box there....just tape. I looked the rest of the rifle over and couldn%u2019t find further issue so I accepted the transfer. Heck I figured the rest of the gun would get scratched worse in the woods during hunting. I will still continue to do business with buds, great place...I%u2019m sure they would%u2019ve sent another no problem. So to the point, this savage 110 in 7mm shoots great....the trigger adjusted down to 1.5lbs and is very consistent. I was able to get 1/2 moa accuracy easily from Berger 168 vld ammo. Adjusting the comb and cheek riser is nice also, makes being comfortable behind the rifle simple and convenient. I%u2019d definitely recommend to anyone interested in it.
