Slow load, but extremely accurate in my rifle. Under 1 inch groups at 230 yards. If you want a tough bullet in an accurate round for hunting, that penetrates deep for the caliber, this ammo is a great choice.

I chose this cartridge to deer hunt with last fall. The rifle is a Howa Mini Action and during sight in I was very happy that these delivered MOA sized groups at 100 yards. I ended up taking a really good buck with this ammo/rifle combination. The terminal performance of the 129 grain Nosler ABLR bullet was impressive. The deer dropped after maybe 3 steps. No tracking and more importantly no suffering for the critter. The bullet mushroomed and the jacket did not separate from the core. A few days later my wife took a young doe and got the same results with the exception that the bullet passed through and we weren't able to examine it. The Howa is actually her rifle and she will be using this ammunition for many seasons to come.
