I love the way this rifle looks! The action is a little stiff but should break in nicely!! It's my first Henry and I can't wait to shoot it!!

I recently purchased a Henry Steel Side Gate 45-70. The process was smooth and price was right. I was kept informed every step of the way.

This rifle is great, just like all Henry's I have. The 45 70 is a very hard hitting round on both ends. Very thankful this rifle is on the heavy side and has a recoil pad.

This Henry 45-70 Government shot accurate and true for me.I shot ten rounds from it and it was accurate at 50 yards. Looks good hung up in my livingroom as well.Thanks to Buds Gun Shop for a speedy delivery to my FFL.

really great rifle, action is smooth as butter, very accurate out of the box. I almost want to say it was sighted in at the factory. Packs a hell of a punch, so far my gun likes the hornady LeverEvolution 325g, best result with accuracy and cycling reliability.

Super nice Henry Lever Action in .45-70. Wanted the recoil pad (as opposed to brass plate) - was hard to find. But, Bud’s had the exact one I wanted & it was priced great!!

Seems to be a great product and ordering from buds they are always fast and easy and about the best prices on guns. I always compare gun stores price to buds just to see how they compare.

Great rifle. Nice wood and fitted to the receiver well. It cycles smooth and the trigger breaks clean at 3-3/4 lbs.

Smooth online experience. May want a little more clarity on your website regarding how to submit one's FOID (Firearm Owner Identificatin) card to Bud's. Also, when my firearm arrived, I watched as the FFL open the shipping box from Bud's and removed the Henry Repeating Arms box containing the firearm. When the FFL removed the firearm from theHenry box and slid it from the plastic sheath, the protective cloth Henry stretches over their receivers was not present. Other than that, the firearm was in excellent condition. Can't wait to try it out.

These are extremely well made rifles, with the all steel receiver and now a side feed port, I feel there is no better lever action in production today. Very pleased!

I always wanted a lever action rifle. It has a strong kick, but super fun to shoot.

This Henry H010G is amazing. Manages the very large and multi use rounds very well. Looks great, nice aftermarket options, and I'd recommend everyone has at least one of these in the collection. Fantastic patterning on the wood for grip as well.

Flawless, accurate rifle. If you are upgrading to skinner sights, your going to need a higher front sight post.
