The amount of power in this pistol is mind blowing. The 10mm is a deer dropping powerhouse in a small package. The G40 is comfortable to shoot and accurate. I took this doe at 50 yards through the heart.

I had wanted a Glock 40 for a long time, so when the model wasn't carried over to the Gen 5 lineup and Glock shocked the world by announcing they were ceasing production of Gen 1-5 pistols, I figured it was now or never. I love the 10mm cartridge. This gun's 6 inch barrel and longer sight radius will be welcome on my next warthog hunt. I love Buds. I have purchased about 98 of my collection from them.

I love Bud's! I got lucky one this and the Labor Day sale! Besides it being the coolest Glock I own and I've wanted a 10mm since '87! And it may be the most accurate, time will tell. I'm only 300 rds. or so in on the target stuff and 100 of full power loads. Haven't handloaded yet but it's looking good!

This is a pistol the Glock will stop producing, so I bought mine while I can. They are discontinuing a lot of America's most loved Glock models. You really need to make your Buds orders for Glocks while you can. As for this particular model, it works as well as my G20 10mm Gen 4...and that means it fires every trigger pull. I've had no failures to feed, no failures to fire, no failures to eject, no failures to lock back when the magazine is empty, and it is accurate. What else can I say about a pistol that works every time and is accurate? If you want one, this is your time because if you wait they won't be available.

Wow, what a pistol. mounted a Leupold Delta Point Pro red dot on it and I can't believe how accurate it is. I was a little worried about the size and weight, but it really isn't noticeable when you start firing. This is my first 10mm and I am so impressed I already ordered a Glock 29. If you are on the fence, go for it.

It's a Glock and it works but 10mm is some crazy fun at the range. Accuracy is very decent at 100 yards with cheap ammo using the factory sights. While I have not yet run any heavy loads in it the recoil is surprisingly more mild than I thought it would be. If you are on the fence about this model you better grab it while you can because this model has been discontinued.
