Built like a tank. Not as loud as my wasr-10 or other zav- but it’s loud. Definitely runs hot, going to have to make a few minor mods or for long shooting days will wear my tac gloves. The mag it comes with isn’t the best- but you can go to any gun magazine warehouse anywhere and get inexpensive mags. For the price it would’ve been nice to have more quality mags- but not a big deal. Installed the SB Tactical Folding brace— thinking about a slightly heavier brace for weight balance. The flip ups were a nice bonus, mounted an optic (old one I didn’t care about) and confirmed- you’re going to need to loctite that fyi because mine was attached and I used a lot of machined torque and it still went flying after about 5 straight mags … did I mention this gun runs hot? So yeah/ whatever optic you mount, loctite it and you’ve just bought a $1400 AK. Don’t buy a $50 optic on Amazon…. Get a good optic. I put a Vortex razor hd 2nd gen on mine that I bought one at a go show that the box looked like it had never been opened. Win. Once installed I put my black Rambo bandana on and went to the outdoor range… had my Bowie knife on my hip, white beater shirt on, camo cargos, battle belt with 12 clips in it, and my trusty duty boots. The pistol performed unbelievably well. I was surprised how accurate it was the first two hundred and fifty rounds… the. I installed an optic and- with the brace as well… this is what you want if you need to get yourself out of jam or bug out. The optic does make a huge difference here friends; I ran some drills but also did the standard target shooting (standing) and at 100 yards my group (5 shots) was 1.2 MOA average. Not bad. This is DEFINITELY a firearm that you get better with it as you use it more. If anyone’s looking for a quality, well built, durable l, very accurate (for an AK) they can seriously light it up… this is it. Make sure you wear your Rambo outfit too.. it’s way cooler that way 😉

Literally the coolest gun I've ever purchased.

I have a bunch of these lol. I guess the thousands of dollars speaks louder than this 5 STAR rating. They are heavy, and loud. The M70 is more accurate of course. But this is an excellent, excellent firearm. I literally carry it everywhere every day (lawfully) in a $10 duffle bag. They run good every time and forever. My other ones with wood handguard are definitely more comfy.

Nice weapon. Built like a tank. Only had a single feeding issue in the very first mag, its Zastava mag it came with. Its been flawless since. It runs Zastava, bakelite, cheap Korean 30 and 40rd mags and pmags.

this thing is Bada** i love the look the feel the way it shoots, everything definitely need an extra mag tho i went with a 60rd Mag Re sights kinda meh but overall its a 10

Zastava makes outstanding AKs and this one is no exception! Added an SB tactical folding brace and a sling and she was ready to go, no issues after several hundred rounds and disassembly and cleaning are quick and easy. I switched out the metal angled foregrip for a magpul polymer one because it does run pretty hot. Highly recommend, if you're considering it just do it!!

Oh Boy.....The weight is nice and it feels solid. Been looking at this for 1 year. Finally purchased it right before Christmas and it arrived on the 27th of Dec 2023. With three combat tours under my belt...this is not combat weapon, but with a brace it could be that tactical ace everyone needs. It comes with this rod on the right hand side and one mag.

Was as pictured, quad rail feels sturdy, has small flip up sights for closer range are a nice touch. Not sure how well the dust cover holds zero with an optic but seems sturdy enough for a decent red dot. Shoots smooth and the recoil is surprisingly light, my RAS47 kicks more. Does spit fireballs in broad day so definitely not a good night home defense as you will be blinded with the stock muzzle break. Maybe would be better with a flash hider but I haven't messed around with it yet. I ran the factory mag (has bolt hold open when empty, but will rack closed when you take the mag out cause the open bolt thing is on the safety) and it feeds fine, Magpul has the best mags (in my opinion) and are easy for fast reloads. Also takes my 75 rnd metal drum with ease but make sure it's locked in before picking it up. Worth every penny in my eyes. Great bug out gun that you can fit in a back pack, and ammo is plentiful and so are the mags.

The Zastava AK Pistol is great gun, and performs flawless after almost 1K rounds, no malfunctions or issues. The Pros • No malfunctions or issues, and the gun perform as expected • The Quad Rail and the UTG Angled Foregrip was definitely a great addition to the gun for handling and esthetics The Cons • The AK pistol seems to be a bit heavier than other AK pistols that I currently own, but definitely not an issue • The 30 round mag that came with the gun are not the best, had to do some minor filing in order to easily insert the mag into the gun Overall is a great product
