If you are looking for a very nice revolver with a good finish and high quality let me tell you right out the gate this is not it. The double action trigger pull is horrible , heavy, and can't be staged.The finish is similar to a cheap grill from walmart.There is play in the cylinder. 2 rounds will not eject properly because they contact the frame....................BUT....... if you are able to overlook that , there are a few good points. It's double action and pretty accurate. Single action trigger is great.250 rounds so far and it's reliable. It holds 9 rounds and does not leave shell casings.The ability to shoot. 22 long rifle all day and then switch cylinders and carry 9 rounds of federal punch when I go to town is nice. It conceals well and handles quick. Just jerk that trigger it's going to hit center mass. It's a good toss in the truck gun that you don't mind scratching up,getting dirty,and know it's going to work.If it gets stolen or you have to throw it in the river your not out much. It's also very solid. I would not want to be pistol whipped with it. Recoil is non existent. Dealing with Buds was easy and pleasant as usual!

This revolver (Diamondback Sidekick) was an excellent buy! I was impressed with it's quality and it's value! Took at out right away and shot a couple hundred rounds. It had zero malfunctions and the sights were right on. The price for the quality of this gun is a great buy! Some people mentioned the double action as being to difficult to pull but I did not think it was. Double action is longer but acceptable in my opinion! You would not regret purchasing this gun. I highly recommend! As always Buds had the best price and fast shipping!

Arrived on time. As advertised, The trigger pull for DA is very heavy, but I am getting used to it.

As a California resident this Double Action gun is illegal for me to purchase. They claim to be up to date on California regs but sold it to me Unknowingly? Now I`m out the transfer fee and have to figure out how to get it back to them. NOT HAPPY

i failed to cycle the revolver when I picked it up. Fails to function when attempting to use double action . Single action is difficult to cock. Very disappointed in this firearm, I have Never had a revolver fail like this.’now I must return it for needed repairs. Memo to self— ALWAYS CYCLE A FIREARM PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AND SIGNING FOR IT.

I wanted one of these versatile 22’s, and saw one advertised on Bud’s at a very good price…..since I bought from Bud’s before, I had no qualms about ordering this revolver. It was ordered, came on time in perfect condition. This revolver came with two cylinders - one 22lr the other in 22 WMR. Took this gun to the range, and it shot flawlessly…..from both cylinders - no misfires, no light strikes. This innovative revolver (DA, swing out cylinder, two cylinders) should be considered for anyone looking for a 22 revolver. I highly recommend it and Bud’s.

Excellent single action, poor Double action. ejected casings scrape the side of the firearm. However, the extraction itself is clean after a few cylinders, hold and using the firearms is really nice and handles easy, and the firearm is worth the cheap cost overall. Great for the range.
