Ruger Super Wrangler 22 lr with 22 mag interchangeable cylinder is a great little “plinker” and built well, as I’ve always found my Ruger firearms to be.

The Ruger Super Wtangler is a very nice gun. I like the fact it comes with 2 cylinders. 1 chambered for .22LR and 1 chambered for .22 (WMR) Mag. The cylinders are easy to change out and operate nicely. The pistol is heavier than I thought it would be, but to me that is a good thing. The grip is comfortable and the pistol feels good in my hand. It fires good and shoots straight. The sights were little off right out of the box, but the rear sight is adjustable. All in all a good pistol for the price. I bought this pistol because it uses the same ammo as my Ruger Precision Rifle. So 2 guns, one ammo. A win, win for me.

It worked great at first. Accurate, fun to shoot. Then after about 200 round the hammer wouldn't cock. I've contacted Ruger, but so far their warranty process seems needlessly complicated. So yeah, it's good when it works.

A wonderful revolver at a fantastic price!

I"m an old guy, watched a ton of Western Movies back in the day. Heck, I still watch them sometimes. That made a Western style single action have some appeal to me. I had never fired a .22 magnum, always kind of wanted to. So I saw this Super Wrangler on Bud's pages and read about it here and on the internet. Comes with the mag cylinder and another for LR etc. I figured it would be economical to just plink with and fun to shoot so I ordered one. It's everything I hoped it would be. My Wrangler worked flawlessly first time out to the range. I ran a couple patches through it, couple smears of oil here and there before we went. That's how I roll. It was deadly accurate out of the box at about 15 yards. That's about the yardage I tried it out at. Fired 150 rounds give or take without the slightest difficulty. I painted the front sight bright orange. I have a few pistols. All of them end up with orange front sights. They contrast well with most everything and give me consistency with my handguns and I pick them up faster. I'm glad I bought this pistol. The .22 magnum is a hoot to just plink with. It's easy to manage and anything that works this well out of the box is worth having around. Haven't started wearing it tied down with a gambler's vest, big ol' buckle and Stetson yet but .. you never know.

An absolute hoot to shoot! Seems very well built and reliably fires .22 lr and .22 mag. The cylinders appear to be well machined and the functionality was outstanding. It's reasonably accurate for a revolver of this type - not as accurate as my .22 magnum Ruger American rifle, but that's not a fair comparison. It's accurate enough and most importantly it's reliable. Built like a tank. A little heavy but feels like it will last a lifetime. Props to Ruger for introducing the Wrangler in dual caliber .22 lr and .22 WMR, love it! The .22 lr is very mild, but the .22 WMR is noticeably more potent and has a very pronounced "crack" report but is still relatively mild and just so much fun to shoot!

Love this revolver! Very smooth and accurate right out of the box. Took me back to my childhood and the firearm I learned to shoot with. Will definitely be enjoying this one for years to come!

My Super Wrangler arrived quickly to my FFL and its fit and finish are perfect. Having both the .22 LR and .22 Mag cylinders give it great flexibility. I ran 100 rounds through it and it performed flawlessly. It is fun little gun!

the wrangles have been great but since they came out I’ve been waiting for one with a 22 mag cylinder. The super wrangler is a great little shooter. Nice heft and feel to it. Can’t wait to shoot it more
