Great solid pistol for the money!!Also authentic copy of the 1911. I highly recommend buying it !!! You will not regret it. Also working with Buds was easy and prompt.

This is typical, really great Tisa 1911. I've had several others, but this may be my favorite. I can find No flaws in the mechanics, finish, or function. No failures in the first 100 rounds and finding that it's very accurate. As it's a reproduction of an early design, the sights are small, but they are very fine and I found the gun to be very accurate - 1" groups at 25 feet. The advantage of small sights is "aim small, miss small". I bought this gun to use in Cowboy Action Wild Bunch, and it is capable of much better, if not, target accuracy.

This is an amazing ww2 replica. The fit and finish is flawless. Shoots like a dream and well worth the money. I've fired well over 400 rounds through it with only one stove pipe, which I contribute that to user error and poor ammunition.

Excellent smooth functioning 1911! After cleaning and lubrication I took it to the range and fired 200 rounds. Only one failure to feed (with a fairly aggressive hollow point) and no issues whatsoever with 230 grain FMJ. Probably the closest you can get to the look and function of a WWII GI 1911 without spending a bunch of cash. Overall very pleased with this 1911 and Buds shipping and service were top notch as always.

A faithful reproduction with no malfunctions but it shoots too low and left to correct with the sights that come with the pistol. The ordering process is easy.

Very happy with the gun. I have run about 100 rounds through it. I had one failure to feed on the first mag (one of the ones that came with the gun) on the last shot. I was using 230 FMJ RN Winchester. Ran three more mags (including 2 Springfield Amory 1911 mags) with no problem. I also had no problems with 200 SWC lead and plated bullets. I am going to chalk up the problem to a new out of the box gun. I really could not be happier with gun. Very good looking at a great price point. I would not hesitate on this gun if you are thinking about getting one. BTW, For those that care, my gun, the finish color is fairly dark not really a greenish tone. I like it.

Got this pistol 6 days ago haven’t taken it to the range yet but I will say for the price I’m very pleased about quality of the gun and I have felt I real deal colt in my hands before and tbh this Tisas feels nearly the same as the higher end 1911’s😎 it’s definitely a W for me and anyone who decides to buy this gun you will enjoy it!! I am very impressed with the Tisas 1911 A1 that I recently bought from Bud’s. It is exactly like the 1942 Remington Rand I owned, but made with closer tolerances. Of course, the Remington was made to function in dirty, adverse situations and the Tisas is much tighter. The machining and finish work are very impressive, and it is very accurate, with no problems with gun or magazines. It’s always a pleasure buying from Bud’s, and I will be buying a pistol for my wife next!

I've got 300 rounds through this pistol and it's ran perfect. I'm very impressed and not just for the price point it's in, it's actually really good. I was looking for a 45 as authentic to the WW2 era as possible and this is it or go spend 5 times more for a real one you might not wanna put wear and tear on.

Good gun shoots great no issues sights are small but l knew that going in. Wanted an inexpensive 2911 for wild bunch matches that were more in line with that era.

Ok. This thing will out shoot my S &W, my Sig, and anything else. I’m telling you! You can’t beat this pistol! It will strike a match at 30 yards!

So, I saw these TISAS 1911A1 pistols and that they were a pretty good price, so I watched a few videos and never saw a bad review. After purchasing one from another outfit, I found that they had a more faithful replication to the original Remington Rand type 1911 A1, So I went shopping. Buds, of course, had the best deal, and I didn't hesitate to order this pistol, with the more faithful features, including but not limited to, a shallower ejection port and actual parkerization. These pistols come in a very nice hard case with two parkerized MecGar magazines, Turkish Walnut grips as well as brown plastic grips. I put 100 rounds through this pistol last weekend and it just shot great! No hiccups, perfect functioning! I was not disappointed. As I mentioned before, I bought one of the less expensive variants of the same gun, made by the same manufacturer. Fit and finish on both of them are impeccable. I think the first one I bought will make a wonderful Christmas gift for my son. If you've always wanted a 1911A1, but don't want to spend huge money on an original, you won't be disappointed in any of these TISAS 2911A1 variants. However, this parkerized version is truly the cream of the crop!
