I have another.380 I carry when I absolutely cannot carry my regular CCW. But when the LCP Max came out I was very curious. I bought the original LCP for my wife years ago it wasn’t for me. But the LCP Max is fantastic, more comfortable just as easy to conceal and great capacity. I feel some trigger bite with these but I would definitely buy again. Love that it has real sights on it too. It’s a great option with everything you want out of a CCW but smaller.

I have begun to fall in love with Buds gun shop. Their prices are unmatched. Their online shopping is so easy. And the shipping was super fast to my FFL dealer. I first heard of Buds gun shop years ago from watching Hickok45. I decided to give the website a look around. And found the exact handgun I was looking for. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Thanks to all the great people that make up Bud’s gun shop!

Very happy with this purchase. Shoots smooth and feels good in hand. I am 6'2" 270 and I handle it just fine. Best part about the whole purchase is Buds customer service.

12 + 1 capacity, mini size with 380 ACP power is a package that's hard to beat. I bought it to replace my other mini gun because I wanted a little more power. 75th Anniversary Model is a nice looking package, ploy frame with stainless slide and internals and trigger, with the 75th Anniversary logo on the top of the slide makes for a nice looking piece. The included pocket holster is a nice touch too.

I just purchased and received a LCP MAX engraved 75th Anniversary pistol. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast to my FFL transfer shop and then surprise, I got to put in my hand! I love this little "mouse gun" as they are sometimes called. As recommended by Bud's, I went to another site and got the higher capacity mag which made it feel better in my large hands as it extends the double stag mag a little further. It fits very comfortably in my pocket and I feel perfectly safe with my 380 being undetectable unlike my 9mm. I carry both but the 380 can't be seen. It would be a close proximity weapon and for that purpose, it's perfect. This is my third purchase from Bud's and I couldn't be happier.

This is a fantastic little pistol for concealed carry as it holds from 10 to 12 rounds of the 380 and is light weight fully loaded. shot 50 rounds thru with no problems and love the 75 anniversary extras added, I have a bigger hand and with the included mag extender fits my hand great so if you are looking for a quality made weapon in this caliber then choose the best RUGER from bud's, I have purchased over 16 weapons from Bud's because of there very fair prices along with great fast service and free shipping. Thanks Bud's :)

Great gun, l like the size and capacity. It shoots well, it is a last resort option. It should work in a pinch.

What a fantastic pistol. If you buy the 12 round magazines, you have 13 rounds of .380 that is easy to carry around. A lot of firepower in a small package that I am more liable to have on me than a larger 9mm. Just a few cons..... The pocket holster that Ruger includes is fairly useless and stays around the pistol when you draw. I recommend a kydex Vedder pocket holster and opt for the thumb release. Although I've only run a few magazines through it, I had trouble feeding one brand of ammo. Perhaps when it breaks in further that will work itself out. It did not like Hornady Critical Defense; but, Blazer ball and Federal HST hollowpoints fed nicely. I've read where Ruger supposedly recommends inserting a full magazine only with the slide locked back, because it is tough to seat a full magazine. I think the slide/recoil spring does not have enough force to strip the very first round off of a full magazine; but, as mentioned earlier, that may work itself out and if not, that's what warranties are for. So, it's not without its issues, at least initially, and I am not going to depend on it until the reliability issues get resolved. Also, buy the twin pack of 12 round magazines from Ruger and they are only an eighth of an inch longer than the 10-round magazine with its finger extension attached. I have medium to large hands and can get half of my pinky onto the front bottom edge of the 12-round magazine, so it is workable (12 round magazine has no finger extension). Recoil is not bad and mine shot a little low with most ammo. the tritium front sight could use some paint around it to make it more visible in a lighted room. Folks can argue that .380 is not a "defensive" cartridge; but, I beg to differ. Modern ammo helps and better to have a .380 with you than a .45 sitting at home. No one likes to get shot at and even a 9mm is not a "one shot stop" (if you want that, use a 12-gauge shotgun). Good service by Bud's.

I have been looking for something larger than my keltec p32 for edc. After reading the reviews for the lcp max I thought I would give it a shot. The price made it super easy, couldn't be more pleased with the pistol, fits perfectly.

I love this gun for the purpose I chose it for, it’s thin sleek profile makes this gun one of the best pocket carry guns I’ve ever purchased and thank you Buds for having it priced very reasonably and making it as easy as possible to purchase and suiting all of my firearm needs

The LCP Max is a great deep carry, 10/12 rds of potent self defense ammo (Hornady critical defense) and you're ready to meet almost any threat within reason. The trigger is very good, and the front tritium sight allow quick realignment of your target. For my own reasons I wish Ruger offered this model with a frame safety much like the S&W Bodyguard 1.0 and 2.0. For overall firearms sales, including price, shipping and customer service, Buds Guns is at the top of the heap. There's a few others that come close but can't match Buds in price and selection. Why would you go anywhere else for online purchases?

Excellent firearm. It’s very soft shooting for its size along with being accurate and reliable. The perfect pocket carry.

Living in Florida, shorts and t-shirts are the clothing articles of choice. I had been looking at smaller pistol options that are a bit easier to conceal than my Springfield XD compact (which I love, by the way). I have a Beretta Bobcat in .22 which is a nice, concealable gun but, in my opinion, not the best caliber for potential personal defense. I considered the Beretta Tomcat which has a manual safety that I prefer, but it seemed that finding .32 caliber ammunition suitable for the Tomcat might be a bit challenging. Also, it is heavier than the Ruger LCP. When I saw the LCP Max 75th Anniversary version on sale at Buds, I finally took the plunge and bought the LCP. The "75th Anniversary" feature is unimportant to me. I chose this particular gun based on reviews and my experience with Buds excellent price and service. I have not yet had the opportunity to take the LCP to the range, so I can only speak to its aesthetics: lightweight, feels good in the hand; appears to be quality manufacturing. I'm going on 68 years old and the slide release is a bit of a challenge for my arthritic hands. Other than that, it appears to be a quality firearm. As usual, Buds provided a good price and service. I paid with a check to get the cash discount which requires a bit of time for the check to clear. Not an issue for me, but something one needs to know if new to Bud's. Happy overall with the LCP and with Buds.

A great addition to my EDC! Fits well In the Ruger pocket holster. I don’t even realize it’s in my jeans or cargo pants pocket. Very concealable. A great value.

This weapon is tiny but works very well in my large hands. I purchased this handgun as a backup to my EDC because it easily fits into a pocket, small bag, or purse. The size of the gun makes it almost invisible in the hand. My only gripe is that it does not come with at least three magazines.

Hi, I just received this gun, a day before Christmas, so I had it under the tree on time! It arrived fast, and Buds service top notch as ussual. The FFL transfer was smooth. This gun is beautiful, compact and has enough capacity (10 +1) for a pocket gun. Only 1 mag, and a pocket holster. I have seen a lot of complaints on the web, about it shooting way low, mag problems, and some about acurracy. Today I had the pleasure of shooting it for the first time. I manage to mix and match hollow point ammo, from different brands, fiochi, federal, hornady and some remington ans sellier bellot ball ammo. About 150 rounds. No jams, no failure to eject or load. Fired it as it came from factory. Already oiled. At 10 yards very acurrate for me, fast shooting, even with my size 10 mittens. All rounds withing 2 inches circle. I even managed to hit steel at 25 yards no problem Definitely a keeper.. Things to better up this gun, a 12 round mag, also available at buds, and the mcarbo reinforced pin. So thats it. Grab one while they are available at a good price! Happy Holidays!!!

Bought it for my wife because it had a reputation for ease of usage. Easy to rack for sure but it’s a snappy little thing!! Not very pleasurable to shoot in my opinion. 45th Anniversary looks great but I’d only carry it if I had to keep a super low profile. Fits in your pocket without a print. Having 10 rounds is a plus but I’d hope I didn’t need to shoot more than 3
