This is an awesome carbine. Shoots regular .45acp ammo and is pretty accurate. And, it is fun to shoot for the price you pay, you cant beat it.

Love at first sight...just got it...range day is Saturday. If it shoots like it looks and feels im gonna put a ring on it.

Awesome gun. First day at the range standing, at 45 feet with an iron sight, I was was punching the same hole in the bullseye over and over...super accurate. Has a ton of great reviews on YouTube. Pair it with Underwood Xtreme Defender 45 ACP +P Ammo 135 Grain and you will get rifle velocity of 1400 -1600 FPS and 18 inches of penetration. Zero recoil.

Well, I ordered the Ruger LC Carbine .45 ACP, Simply, because I wanted it. And, I'm very happy that I did. This is a really nice weapon. It has some weight to it. But, not so much that it becomes a bother. The folding Butt Stock is also, a great advantage. Firing it is another pleasure. It's well-balanced and the recoil, for me. Isn't a sharp kick in the pants. I haven't had any hick-ups with swapping ammo, including grain, bullet type or, load. Now, I think I need to buy the Ruger PC carbine in 9mm, just to round out my collection. Thanks to the folks at Buds, for making it so simple and stress free receiving my weapons here in Alaska. I just wish, they could send Ammo too....

Took my LC Carbie 45 to the range for the first time today. Ran about 100 rounds through it. Only snag I had was with the SGM magazine that came with it. Shooting 230 grain ball federal. The last round in the magazine got stuck about halfway down inside the mag and would not allow the follower to come all the way up. Only occurred once and the magazine was fine after that, so I put it down to the magazine being new. I also ran 2 of the original Glock magazines from my Glock 21 in it and those ran flawlessly. Very impressed with the rifle itself. Sturdy and ran perfectly with the Glock mags. Extremely accurate at the short distance I was shooting at (only 30 yards). Once I sighted in my green dot and co-witnessed the iron sights it was perfect - bullseye last 3 shots in a row. Very happy with the rifle. Will run the Glock 21 mags for home defense and keep the SMG mag for the range.

Very accurate, but heavy to shoot offhand. A little lighter and it would be a 5.

Purchased the Ruger LC carbine in .45 acp from Buds a month or so ago. Very happy with the Ruger. Trigger pull averaged 4.25 on my Lyman gauge , fit and finish for being a tactical style weapon is very good. I've only shot a magazine of ammo through it , and only at 10 yards ... no malfunctions. I like the idea of using Glock magazines , police trade-ins are very easily found and mostly a reasonable prices. Got a good price from Buds , and the shipping was reasonable. I'd recommend the Ruger LC Carbine.

I love this new rifle, I have always wanted a long guy that fires 45ACP. This definitely fills that need. It is very accurate and is easy to clean. Can't wait to fire it again.

I am a Ruger guy and had been thinking about getting a Ruger LC -45 for quite some time. I checked out BGS out of curiosity and when I saw the price, it was a done deal. This thing is fun to shoot, even more so than I had anticipated. Being a Ruger, quality is great and built to last! If you get a chance to get one, don’t hesitate to do so!

Fantastic carbine that is well built. The bolt is like a tank and carbine is easy to take down. I have fired approx 400 rd with no problems. Feeds great with the 3 different types of ammo I have fired so far. I have put a few accessories on the rifle with no problems. Well made gun/Happy with purchase

very well built.nice balance love that it takes glock mags. i did change the flip up sights tho put on strike indutries much more low profile. otherwise ruger hit it out of the park on this one nice to see 45acp. buds as always shipped it out fast. buds always has best price to.

I like everything about this Ruger LC 45 acp. Mounted a vortex spark Solar on it and got a good cowitness on the sights. For a large bolt it easily functions. Haven’t had the opportunity to take it to the range but that time is coming. As always Buds has superior fulfillment and fast shipping. It was ready to pick up at my FFL in 3 days.

I’ve had the Ruger LC45 for a little over a month now. I have put 150 rounds through it so far, some target ball 45 and some mild reloads. So far so good! It cycles great, the recoil is a push straight back with very little muzzle rise. The sights that come with it work fine. I put a Red dot on it that co witness, really like the setup. It’s easy to clean and stow. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it. Later I plan on running plus P ammo through it and hollow points. Hoping that goes well.

Wow, this LC Carbine is amazing. Went to the range and loaded her up with 45acp and it ran flawlessly magazine after magazine. What a great compact package and in my favorite caliber. The 2 part bolt is simple but heavy duty. My new favorite weapon. I’ve been looking for a good name brand 45ACP carbine for some time now and I finally found it through Bud’s and Ruger! I have always been a fan of Ruger and been doing business with Bud’s for years. I’m very happy with this purchase, A great shooting gun, I’ve put about 400 rds through it and not one hiccup straight out of the box through every round, this thing eats anything you throw in it. I couldn’t be happier with Bud’s or Ruger, if your thinking about a 45 carbine go ahead and pull the trigger on this one from Bud’s!

I like this rifle. Shoots great and is very accurate. It was a bit of a chore trying to find a muzzle device that would fit without binding. Other than that and maybe a little harder to take down. Highly recommended.
