This is a really good pistol. It is great for concealed carry. It shoots high on close range targets, but balances out on mid range and distance targets. I have two S&W Shields one the plus and the other is shield. I would recommend this pistol for a new shooter or experienced shooter. This pistol is really good and a very reasonable price.

What a package by Bud's / Smith and Wesson! The formidable and reliable S&W Shield Plus paired with extra mags and a range bag for an incredible price, didn't put it on wish list, I just hit BUY! Package arrived at my FFL, no issues, out of the box and into the range. Fired 50 rounds as is and no feed or ejection issues. This is my second Shield over 10 years, the first was a Shield when they had just released the series. With all the upgrades on the current model: tactile surface, optic ready, thumb safety, night-sites, it's just a terrific package to go from nothing to ready to go to the range. I'm not going to withhold a star but Bud's has gone from shipping within 2 days of purchase with: "Thank you for your order, it is currently being processed, and your item(s) are in transit to our shipping facility. Normally, items arrive within 4 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 7 business days." My last two orders were more of the 7 day variety and while this is still pretty quick, it is below my normal expectation, so, 2 cents worth. Thanks Bud's for all you do, great product, great prices and pretty good shipping.

I have put two mags down range and it feels great, very comfortable with my big hands. I like that it holds 13 rounds. Would definitely recommend

I was looking to replace my EDC Shield .40 with a 9mm, when shopping around I found this S&W Shield Plus bundle at Buds. The value in this bundle is hard to deny. So I ordered it. Payed my FFL, and off to the range I went. The bundle worked out great because I now can still carry my old .40 in there with the new 9mm, and this bag is meant to last. The Pistol itself is fantastic, it’s very accurate, the extra magazines are really handy for training. I did put an OSight on it and it fit perfectly. I have co-witness with no problems. I highly recommend this package deal from Buds. Couldn’t be happier with their service and value.

Love this pistol haven't shot it yet but the only thing I'm disappointed in is that price dropped two weeks after the purchase. But I love buds and will always shop here....
