This is a five star pistol. I gave it three stars for the damage to the barrel. Once I pulled it apart, the top side of the barrel looked like it had been dropped on concrete. This obviously happened before it was assembled. I was able to file it off and sand over where the damage was. I’m happy enough with it now, but Kimber loses a couple stars for seriously lacking quality control.

What a great purchase! Bud’s offered this Kimber at a very attractive price. I received it at my local FFL in just a couple of days. It’s beautiful and it shoots like a dream - really smooth and tight. I highly recommend the Kimber Next Generation line and purchase from Buds!

Really nice shooter and carry capable that's about the size of a Glock 19. I would've preferred white sights.
