This is a great shotgun. It functions well with ammo that is at least is rated for 1200fps. Anything less than this may cause failures. This may change with use. The M2 is easy to maintain and fun to shoot. I added an extended mag tube and red dot sight which makes it perfect for my needs. Buy it!

For my first shotgun I decided to get something nice. This shotgun definitely does not disappoint. It can be a little finicky with low brass light loads, but it’s not a clays gun, it’s a tactical shotgun that eats heavy loads, buckshot and slugs flawlessly.
4 boxes of low brass 3 dram 1-1/8 ounce loads had 5 failure to feed.
4 boxes of #4 shot heavy game load, 4 boxes of 00 buck, 3 boxes of slugs with zero issues.
Maybe had I ran the heavy stuff first it would’ve shot all the light loads just fine.
Buds was also very efficient in shipping and great communication as well.

I have been looking at the Benelli M2 Tactical Shotgun for a while. I was having difficulty trying to find one so I put in on the notification list with Buds. Excellent experience with Bud’s. Excellent Benelli. The best semi- automatic system money can buy is the Benelli inertia system. On all other systems you can pull the trigger faster than they will fire. Not on this one. As fast as you can trigger you can fire. That’s the Benelli advantage.

This has to be the sexiest semi auto scatter gun ever made!!! I’ve always wanted a Nelli M2 and finally got my hands on one and I’ll never let go! She essentially will eat anything you feed her and will look fine doing the job! If you are looking for the super reliable, Italian made piece of engineering awesomeness then this is definitely the one!

What can I say, beautiful Benelli M2 Tactical. Price was right and Buds completes a seamless transaction. Top this off with their layaway plan and it cant be beat

The price service and shipping from Buds was excellent!! When I received my Benelli M2 I was surprised it arrived completely disassembled in a cardboard box not even a hard sided plastic case. I assembled the M2 and took it to the range brought it home for cleaning and the barrel was stuck and I couldn't remove the barrel to clean weapon.I contacted Benelli and originally they wanted me to pay to ship my five day old $1200 M2 to them for repairs. After some discussion they conceded and offered to pay for shipping for the repair. I was stunned that within five days of receiving my M2 I had to put it in a hard sided case which I had to purchase elsewhere and ship it to them for repair. In fairness, at the range the M2 performed flawlessly. However getting to the point was very frustrating.

Best shotgun I've ever owned. I've put every type of shell you can think of down the pipe (slugs, 00, birdshot) and it never fails. And of course Bud's is amazing to work with. 2 day shipping!!
