Great Micro Carry 1911 feel .380. Took the Kimber to the range last week and spent way too much time showing it to other shooters who wanted to admire it. Fits the hand like a small 1911 as I expected; the feel is so classy and comfortable. Ran about 40 rounds through it with zero malfunctions, and bench time cleaning it was minimal. My trusty Ruger LCP has always been my standby .380 backup but it now has competition for play time. Two entirely different guns with distinctive feel for each. If you're willing to spend the extra bucks for a real jewel in your collection, I highly recommend this beauty. Just be prepared to show it off...

Love this handgun, it is a perfect handgun for pocket carry. I have no issues with ammunition using this handgun.

Picked up yesterday, cleaned thoroughly prior to heading to gun range today. Very happy with it. Light weight, accurate, easy to shoot, and very concealable.

This is my second Kimber Micro .380...stainless with Rosewood grips. I've had the original one since they were first available a few years ago, and found it to be the perfect pocket carry gun for me. I picked up a second with night sites from Buds at a great price, so my wife can have the proven original. Easily concealed in a vest or jacket pocket or a iwb holster. The gun performs flawlessly with hollow points or FMJ rounds and is as accurate as my .45 Kimber Classic that I shot competition matches with for 6 years without any problem.
If you are considering such a gun for easy carry, this is a great choice in this shooters humble opinion, and Bud's has them at a very good price!

I know that I am not the first to say this is a beautiful gun that it is well made and very pleasing to the eye. It shot well for me I had 2 FTF out of 56 rounds of Fiocchi 380. I did struggle a little breaking the gun down. I find it tough to hold the slide back in the exact right place while trying to push out the break down pin which is almost flush with the side of the pistol.. The solution I found was to position the front of the pistol pointing down on a counter top so that only the slide portion above the barrel was on the counter then push the pistol down until the slide was over the take down notch and then I could push the take down pin out enough to pull the pin out and no more problems from there. Personally I think the gun shoots a little cleaner than one with the blow back system. And of course Bud's has a great price. I am pleased I upgraded my choice to the night sights and Rosewood grips. Love shooting this gun.

The build quality is quite good... But, the "nighy sights" turned out to be nothing but white painted dots... And the trigger is twice as stiff as my full size 1911... I need to take it to a good gunsmith and have a trigger job done... But all in all, I got my money's worth...

My first kimber and i love it beautiful pistol. At first when i shot it the slide would lock back as if the mag was empty. Cleaned it, it happened 2 or 3 more times but now works fine. Guessing it was just a break in period and/or needed some oil. Recommend buds and this gun!
