This is a basic single shot shotgun with no special features other than it folds in half for storage. It kicks less than I expected but, as it is my first shotgun, I really have nothing to compare it to.

Nothing pretty about this shotgun. Nothing fancy about it at all. But it works. 100 shells down range and no issues so far. Does kick a bit so we bought a butt pad for it. Nice little pack gun. Thumbs up.

Light gun so expect proportional recoil from the 12 gauge. Still worth having to me. I didn't buy it for shooting trap anyways.

When the shotgun arrived at my FFL, I closed the action but couldn't get it open. I was not able to put enough force on the trigger guard to open the action. It took the strongest person to finally get the action open. I now know why there are many instances of broken trigger guards or shaving the action or stock to allow the operation to work. I returned the gun. NOTE: Buds support tech was very professional and had a return label emailed to my FFL while I waited. Another reason why Buds is one of my favorite gun sites.

Simple and utilitarian. Just the way I like it. Looses one star for fit and finish; but for the price, what would you expect.

This shotgun is a basic single shot shotgun with no frills, the finish is just okay and the action is stiff. The trigger had a small sharp burr that I had to file down to make serviceable. All that being said for about $100 you get new shotgun that should do everything I need it to do. It folds into a very compact package. It’s light weight and simple to use and will handle 3 inch shells. I would buy again if needed and would recommend to others as long as they realize this is a basic shotgun

Awesome 12 gauge bought some adapters for it too shoots like a wet dream, and very inexpensive, fast shipping as always and was in very good condition.

I have had this shotgun for two years now and have fired hundreds of rounds of birdshot, buckshot and even slugs through it. For the price, you can't beat this. Only one shot, but it works every time. I have had no light primer strikes, like you hear about with some cheap shotguns. I really like this for varmint hunting, as it is so light and easy to pack around. I also carry it every time I hike and it isn't a problem. I also have had no problems with the trigger guard like others have had, but that might be good luck. All in all, I would recommend this for anyone who wants something that's cheap but works. One thing to be mindful of is the recoil which is substantial with such a light gun.

Good cheap single shot shotgun have purchased 3 of these for truck gun & garage gun for rattlesnakes here in Arizona functions fine for what it is.

I bought 3 for hard use. Truck guns in hard-used trucks.
One of them died before the hard use even started.

Very pleased with it, seems to be well made. Purchase to pick up was very quick.

Buds, 5 stars across the board. The Nomad is really fun to shoot. I have 45ACP and 9MM adapters and they work great in this 12g. The only "CON" I have is the poor engineering design of the trigger guard. It broke at the screw after only 3 shots of low recoil 7.5 birdshot. Shotgun still functions but the trigger guard is loose now. So for that I can't recommend, but then again, you get what you pay for ($92). If ATI fixes the trigger guard design then I would buy again in a heart beat. If you do buy it use a limb saver, seriously!

I haven't shot the gun yet but it looks pretty cool. Folds up to fit in a backpack. Squeeze the front of the trigger guard to break it open, put a shell in, close it and cock the hammer, no safety. Squeeze the trigger and pull back on the hammer to decock the hammer as usual. Pretty neat gun for their cheapest firearm.

WOW !!!! all i can say about this shotgun !!!! was looking for nice home protection gun that was easy to use as wife can't handle pistol's because of arthritis , this 18.5t " single shot is perfect !!!!! after seeing & holding this shotgun , my daughter in-law wanted one , my niece , friend so i ended up buying 4 more !!!!!!!!! very easy to use , light with nylon stock , put 5 shell holder on stock , good to go !!!!!!!!! cannot say enough about the great price , super fast delivery from bud's !!!!!!!! thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!

Was excited to receive this single shot shotgun after holding one at the local gun shop. To my dismay, after only 2 rounds of #7.5 target load, the trigger guard seemed to shatter from impacting the rear mounting screw. I Immediately put the gun in my safe until I plan on taking a hacksaw to it. Gun build quality is okay, but in the end you really get what you pay for. I might have had a bad experience, or this is just that bad of a product. I wouldn't rely on this shotgun for safety nor hunting.

At first when looking at this gun I was unsure of how the quality would be, I’ve never really heard of ATI before purchasing and researching this weapon but I was surprised! The gun feels like quality without shelling a lot of money. The stock and grips feel nice the metal in the gun has a nice finish and actually feels heavy and weighted nice when shooting at the range. The gun is a little stiff at first but that’s to be expected and my only complaint is that it doesn’t have ejector you have to remove them yourself which is fine. The fact that the gun can pretty much be folded in half and stored under the seat of your car or in a duffel bag easily which make it nice to bring to the range. Shipped fast and in great working condition! Can’t beat the price for a 12 gauge! Good for home defense or hiking. Thank you again buds!

Actually a good gun for the price. Really needs a better recoil pad but that's an easy fix. Release, fold ,trigger and hammer were fine for me and not tight like other reviews. Might buy the 410 too.
