I got this a few years ago and have really enjoyed shooting it. The gun arrived in perfect condition. After putting a muzzle break on it, it has very little kick. I've put a dozen brands of ammo through it and haven't had a failure yet. I highly recommend picking one up!

Absolutely love this gun, I have added several mods to it from rails to a 25 round drum. You can shoot a ton of slugs out of this thing and your shoulder won’t hurt. It’s easy to take apart and clean. It’s always a head turner at the range!

Shoot 2 3/4 shells with 1200 FPS at least and no issues. This thing is a machine. Don't get sure fire mags they are not reliable. Factory mags are and the 25 round drums are too. Slide does not hold back on last round with drums though.

Lays down some devastating firepower. Its bolt-hold feature makes reloading quick and easy. Great for home defense, hunting, and just all-around fun! Lots of upgrade potential, too. The gold standard for AK-pattern shotguns.

Really nice shotgun. Arrived in pristine condition. Cycles all field loads perfectly. Maybe the best tactical shotgun you can buy. Get one while you can. Russian imports are on the decline. Keep in mind, this is NOT the folding stock version of the Vepr 12. Buds is the best on-line dealer I've done business with. The friendliest staff. Totally trustworthy. 5 star transaction.

Great gun, runs a variety of Buckshot and slugs 100%

This is a great shotgun. The quality is outstanding - Russian made. There is room for a ton of accessories, but so far none have been necessary. The only negative I've experienced is the fact the magazine release will snap down on your thumb; but it wasn't anything a little filling-down didn't take care of. As always the transaction with Buds was smooth and seamless - many thanks!

Awesome Shotgun!!! Picked it up on Thursday and went out shooting on Saturday.

Gun came in well oiled, looks clean and ready to go. Still need to get to the range. I just want to note that this came with the fixed stock. Does not come with the welded foldable stock and ambi safety. Buds should note this on their website, since there are two versions out there. Looks to be a solid shotgun rifle. Will update after I go to the range.

When I first saw the VEPR 12 online, I immediately fell in love with it. Bringing 12 gauge onto a military grade AK system is a match made in heaven. I've seen all 'tacticool' VEPR's out there, and had big plans for mine. Then I held it, read the certificate of authenticity; where it was actually signed and stamped by the workers at Molot in Russia. There is nothing you can do to this weapon to make it better than how it already is. Maybe a choke and small low profile red dot...other than that it's perfect, beautiful yet insanely devastating. Right out of the box, I fired 5 rounds of buckshot, 12 rounds of slugs, and 12 rounds of buckshot...all under 90 seconds. And my target...didn't exist afterwards. This weapon is the end all be all. Nothing, not an AK47, AR15...nothing can come even close to the complete raw power it displays. If you are on the fence, don't be, it's the best weapon I have ever fired. And if the Hillary regime moves in, you are going to go from an $800 shotgun to a $4,500-$8000 shotgun.

My Vepr 12 is probably the coolest gun I've ever owned. After quick delivery from Bud's I took it to the range for a good workout. Well let me tell you, the Vepr rocks!! I ran cheap target load birdshot and slugs through it all day without one hiccup. I only made a slight sight adjustment and she was dead on at 25 yards. Can't wait for the next shotgun match at the local range. I purchased an SGM choke set and spare 10 round mags and all performed flawlessly at the range. If you are comfortable with an AK platform you will fall in love with this gun.

I am truly grateful to be able to get my hands on one of these. This is possibly the best shotgun hands down. I do not have to worry about any gas regulating, gas leaking, slow reloads... Period. Let me guess your looking at a sold out page possibly right now. Thanks Buds!

Very well made shotgun.... Fires everything that I have thrown at it that is a minimum of a 3 DRAM load... Love the gun thanks Bud's!
