Once again another quality firearm! I had absolutely no problems with the performance at the range. Buds you Rock! Thanks Gurney and the Buds crew!

Rcvd ati titan today. Not sure if sad or pleased, as this item was not the tis but the tib, the nickel boron finish. While I was really wanting the stainless to mirror polish, the flat silver gray is different, and cool in its own way. Ive waited over a year for the stainless to come back in stock, so padtially disappointed. Cleaned and oiled, feels smooth. Guide rod seems to be a hex bolt now, not screw hesd. Will change it out. Ill write another review 500+rounds later, see how she does, and how finish holds up.

First I want say thanks to BudsGunShop for another great transaction even if the ball gets dropped they pick it right back up and score. This 1911 is a great looking and shooting firearm the photo really don`t show just how nice the gun looks, I watched this gun come in stock and right back out of stock and to vip and back to open sales five times in one week and now I know why and if you buy this gun you will also, I give this gun 10 stars for looks and performance and that great price.

This gun rocks! I was a little concerned in purchasing a 3" 1911. After reading many reviews I went ahead with a purchase. I just got back form the range today after I ran the first ever box of 230grain fmjs thru. If you like 1911's this gun is for you. It went flawless. This weapon is smooth, easy to handle and is easily concealable. Better yet, it is half the price of a Kimber!!!! You wont regret purchasing one of these. With Bud lifetime warrenty you have nothing to worry about.

BTW I'm a left handed shooter and I had no issue with being hit by the spent brass at all.....

So far I've shot about a hundred rounds through this gun; I've had a couple of failures to fed in the first two full magazines and have also had a couple of failure to return to a fully closed battery in the mixed bag of ammo that I've shot through it thus far. It had handle some +P 230 grain JHP without issue beyond the increased recoil and muzzle flash. I'm fairly well pleased with the overall fit and finish of this gun but I'm not really pleased that the small parts such as Beaver-Tail Grip Safety, Slide Catch and Thumb Safety are of a very high polish almost looking like chrome whereas the rest of the gun has a really nice low luster and/or bead blasted finish. The grips were the absolute first thing to go as while Mahogany Grips are usually rather lackluster these while nicely checkered with the double diamond pattern look to have been dipped into some sort of poly finish that nearly slicked out the checkering. The sights are rather narrow but the front is painted white and this helps make pickup a little easier; but I hear that Colt Defender sights will fit so that expands the selection if need be. Overall for the price point I think that the gun appears to be very well made and will prove to be a keeper. Take down is simple enough in that all you need to do to field strip is to remove the slide stop and remove the slide from the frame.

Brought it to the range and went through 100 rds. Shot great, recoil is easy to handle. As accurate as I am. No malfunctions to speak of. I read about brass hitting people in the face, didn't happen to me once (+ I'm a lefty shooter.) Smooth all around. Fit & finish was great when I got it.
