I absolutely love my new Heritage Rough Rider 6.5" I bought a Heritage Barkeep and loved it as well but wanted a more "Cowboyish" looking piece and this was definitely it. It came with the .22WMR cylinder which made the deal even sweeter. I would recommend a Heritage Revolver to any of my friends and family.

My Heritage Rough Rider 6.5” barrel is the most fun, inexpensive pistol I own. I average 3.15” groups at 25 yds with a best of 1.34” using a red dot. The workmanship and balance is top notch.

Nice product, excited to get it. My only complaint is the ugly stampings all over the trigger frame. A beautiful gun with a nice handle and they stamp "Read manual before use " onto it, Really??

I ordered this revolver for its 22WMR capability, as it comes with two cylinders, the other 22LR. It is worth every penny of the modest price. Function is fine, accuracy as good as any in its class ( I have owned Ruger Single-Six's to which I can compare it.) The only reason for 4 stars was that one bore of the 22WMR cylinder had a burr that prevented loading until it was dressed out.

Fun little revolver. Always wanted a Single Action Army type of revolver just to plink around and the Rough Rider fits the bill. Construction is solid and finish was great. The additional 22WMR cylinder is a must, it packs a punch. Like with most rimfire cartridges, it can be picky with some ammo but overall is a fun gun to plink around with friends and family.

This is a fun gun! 6.5 in barrel and a long rifle cylinder and .22 mag cylinder. Look great and shoots like a long gun. Lots of assesories.

Received the rough rider fast. As always, great transaction through Bud’s! The rough rider hardened case and wood grips are gorgeous. The revolver feels great and balanced in hands. Only complaint so far is the trigger action when cocking thru positions isn’t as smooth as the previous rough rider I purchased. Previous one, also a 6.5 barrel with wood grips was smooth as silk out of the box. This one not so much. A little hoppes oil helped. I think I just need to go out put a few rounds through it. Otherwise, love these revolvers for price, looks, feel and fun. Great for reviewing, learning on.

overall, very good gun for the craftmanship and price. Like having choice of shooting .22lr and or .22 mag. as far as accuracy, depends on the individual, the more practice the better one should become.

Have fired about 80 rounds of 22 mag through the gun. The gun cycles well. It feels and looks really good for the price. One problem is that it rusts fairly easily if you don't keep the outside oiled especially the cylinder. It goes from looking shiny to rusty very easily I guess that's why they're called rough riders

Perfect plinker for Western Style Shooting. For a relatively inexpensive revolver, this has reasonable accuracy in both the LR and the WMR. I could easily recommend it to a friend, and have already done so. My only issue is the safety, it gets in the way during competitive shooting in Western Style, better without safety but then not as safe I guess.

Fantastic and good looking plinker for the money. Fit and finish are very decent for a firearm of this price. Go over it and loctite all of the screws, keep it clean, and it will last you many years!
