Cheap gun broke first time using it after purchase not to happy with it sighting it in was way off and then it jammed with two shells. Went to pull charge handle and it came right out of it with other piece jammed in receiver

For the price you can not beat this firearm.

This weapon is way more than I expected. It may not be top of the line in respect to this type of rifle, but its an excellent entry level firearm for anyone on a budget. I will purchase several for my grandsons. (5 Stars) Buck Texas

Really nice gun especially for the price.

Over all not a bad rifle. My issue is that after only using the rifle twice, although the second time I put about 300 rounds through it, parts are now lose and will require tightening back up for it to be usable again. Has a ton of recoil for a 223/556 compared to other AR's I own but it's only gonna be from plinking anyway so all in all, not a horrible rifle. I recommend getting a new buffer for it and some sort of padding for the stock or upgrade the stock so your shoulder isn't bruised like mine though.

I absolutely love this gun and the price makes it even better. No jams even with other brand magazines.

overall the rifle looks really nice. The fore grip has anti rotation tabs on it which I like but the gun varies a little from the pictures. My alpha maxx didn’t come with a pencil barrel, it measured out at .750” which I’m totally fine with. I actually didn’t want a pencil barrel originally so I was happy to see it was standard thickness. The gun weighs 6.4lbs empty with a cheap red dot on it. I disassembled and cleaned it but haven’t shot it yet. For the price I paid I’m quite happy with the gun. If it functions as good as it looks I’ll love it for sure.

Great rifle and fun and easy to shoot with. I already purchased a few additional accessories that you can add on and I suggest a strap with push in clips that it already has connections for. I ran about 200 rounds threw it already and got my teenage daughter up to speed on how to use it. I have several other guns, but I felt that this was needed for real home defense. Much easier to handle than a shotgun for my wife and daughter, plus it is light and having 30 rounds at hand makes for a superior home defense rifle. With where the world is headed, you need to be ready and you cannot beat the price and my son in law is a big AR type of guy and builds his own and told me that this looks and performs like a more expensive unit and it is made in the USA.

I could t resist the price that BUDs had listed for this rifle! Shipment and delivery was fast and without delay. Right out of the box, I took this rifle to the shooting range and ran different ammo series through it. Both 5.56 and .233 ranging from 55 - 72 grain were fired from this rifle 80 times and without misfires, jams, etc. all round were expended and without issue. Not sure why reviews from You Tube dismissed this rifle and not had anything positive to say. There are some folks that like it and only had issues with the magazines feeding each round into the chamber. But that was it! In any case…this rifle has the best price for doing what it’s supposed to do! I plan on shooting more rounds for the break-in. I HIGHLY Recommend this rifle to anyone starting out in the AR-15 arena! My only gripe is the hand guard. M-locks at the 6:00 position don’t mix well with what’s out in the market. Other than that…this rifle is solid! Get one!!
