My Ruger American Gen 2 Preditor performed great with this ammunition at the range. I will use this ammunition for White Tails soon.

I use American Whitetail 6.5 Creedmoor 129 gr in most of my hog hunting guns. Definitely does the job and consistent.

Tried for AR10 6.5CM Its accurate, like most factory ammo, SD is 10-15. ES is awful, but groups well in DD5 V4, lessthan .8” 5 shot. Will try 20 shot groups ballistics this week for more reliable data. I also tested Superformance 129SST. ES and SD, better, but too hot/gasey. Vertical spread was NOT GOOD. Groups not acceptable. My favorite ammo. Groups really well out of my 6.5 and is inexpensive to shoot, especially when you catch it on sale. I did have 1 bullet disintegrate in a deer last fall but it was on a close shot that went through the thickest part of the scapula and hit the very end/knuckle of the shoulder bone that attaches to the inside of it, and then the fragments blew through the bottom of the spinal cord and ended up against the inside of the far shoulder. The deer never took a step, so even though it blew up you have to call that Success. I don't usually Investigate that closely but i had to cape it anyway, plus was curious about the lack of an exit. I don't know that I've ever hit a deer right there where there's pretty much the most and thickest bone you could possibly hit, so most bullets might fragment in that case? I would guess if they made a bullet that would hold together through that ordeal it would blow on through without expanding in normal cases.

I’m a big fan of Hornady ammo. This 6.5 Creedmoor ammo shot great as expected.

Worked outstandingly in my Ruger American. It’s about as good of a round I have found on whitetail deer.

Hornady American Whitetail in 6.5 Creedmoor using a Stag left handed AR10 will drop a deer first shot every time. Athlon 6 x 24 scope makes those long shots easy.

If your looking for reliable ammo look no further than Hornady. Their my personal favorite and Buds had them priced where I can afford to restock with them. Until I found Buds I gave up on Hornady the big box stores priced then outta my range for regular shooting. Thank you Buds!
